- Our products are handmade, so please accept a small variation in form, color and size compared to the description and photos.
- Please check the "Size Chart" for a better understanding of the product size.
How we take care of your orders.

You place your order via our IG Direct.

We check our stocks and provide you the real-time photos and any special condition of the products.

You decide whether you want to complete the order and payment or not.

We consult you with the necessary details (e.g. time to be made, fees and shipping details, etc.)

Depends on the products, you might be asked to pay for a deposit from 50-100% of the total orders.

Once everything is sorted, we'll produce your order and send you the real-time photos when the production is done.

After you give us a confirmation and pay any remaining amount, we'll pack and ship your order.
Payments
*WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH-ON-DELIVERY (COD)*
We'll only pack and ship your order after the full payment are transferred to our VN bank account.
For international customers, unfortunately we haven't got credit card payment yet. So please consider using third-party services that supports international bank transfer, such as Remitly or Wise.

*For international shipping, orders will be handled case by case. We will contact to you individually and gather all the need-to-know information before you pay for anything.
Returns & Refund
We only support return and refund in these cases:
1/ For orders shipped within Vietnam:
Return / Refund / Remake the products when the products were proofed to be damaged during the shipping process. Proof is a video that records before, throughout and after the unboxing process to clearly show the condition of the package.
2/ For products with electronic parts**:
Resend the electronic parts / Return / Refund when the electronic parts of the products are failed to perform properly due to manufacturing error or damage during the shipping process***; and it has been noticed to us within 3 days after received.
** Products with electronic parts are items like lamps, clocks, etc.
*** Damage during the shipping process has to be proofed by a video that records before, throughout and after the unboxing process to clearly show the condition of the package.
Otherwise, we offer a life-time technical support for all the products bought from us.
